We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All items will be securely packaged and shipped via traceable and insured UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or select Freight Carriers. All tracking information is forwarded to the email address provided when you placed your order. We require a recipient or company name, address and phone number for all shipments. Shipping and handling times may vary based on the packing requirements, so please allow up to (5) business days for handling. You are welcome to charge shipments to your account; please provide us with your preferred carriers shipping account number and shipping method.
All freighted items will be secured with protective wraps and packaging. Items that require pallets and custom crating may incur additional fees, as indicated.
International Orders are subject to duties, taxes, or other Import Fees; the buyer is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. In the event that you have questions about international shipping logistics please contact us.
Refunds are granted at seller discretion. Please contact us by sending a message immediately after receiving your item(s) if you suspect your item has been damaged in shipment. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.
Once your item has been reported to us via email, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
